Ghina Choker
The Ghina Choker is one of JXTX’s most iconic and powerful pieces. Designed in 2015 as part of the Empatía Cero collection, it captures a visceral gesture: a knot in the throat transformed into jewelry.
The design combines a black climbing cord with a bold geometric silver clasp of substantial presence. The magnetic closure—bringing the necklace together and apart in a single movement—becomes both a poetic and performative gesture. With its minimalist, sculptural aesthetic, this choker stands out for its visual strength, ideal for those seeking a statement piece that embodies character, tension, and meaning.
Each piece is handcrafted in Mexico City using recycled .925 sterling silver, merging utilitarian materials with the artistic approach that defines the brand’s aesthetic. Its precise construction and conceptual intensity elevate it beyond ornament—becoming an expressive object charged with intention.
